Crochet Corner

Our new Crochet Corner will meet in the Welcome Home Center every Wednesday from September 4th until November 20th, 6pm-7:30pm.

Please fill out the registration form so that we know to expect you.

If you are interested, we are offering an option to purchase a starter kit - please select that on the form.

Each week we will work on learning something new. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, we would love to meet and fellowship with you.

Open Play Basketball

We offer Open Play Basketball for Young Adult men on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8:30pm in the Gym of the FLX. Enter at the South Entrance across UTA Blvd from the parking garage, head up to the 2^nd floor Gym and get in some good fellowship and a great basketball workout. The fee for Open Play Basketball is $5 per month.

Pickleball

It’s time for Pickleball in the Family Life Experience Gym!  What is Pickleball, you ask?  It is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis and tennis using a ball much like a wiffle ball.

In the FBCA Gym we have Pickleball Monday evenings from 5:30-8:30pm. All levels of play and all players are welcome on Mondays. We also have Pickleball on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Those who are beginners and working up to being an intermediate player begin at 9:30am and finish up around 11am when our intermediate to advanced players take over and finish up at 12:30pm.

We offer three Pickleball Memberships: yearly, monthly and single sessions. Please go to The Flx Gym Desk (Click Here) for membership options.

Boomer Tennis

Boomer Tennis meets at the Arlington Tennis Center on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm.  Our Boomer Tennis Outreach Program is playing as weather allows.  Come meet this FUN group and enjoy the fellowship.  The cost is $5.00 per person payable to the tennis center.  Come meet other FBCA adult tennis players and enjoy an evening of coed tennis.  Be sure to email David Reed to get all the information.

Boomer Tennis is an outdoor activity and may be cancelled due to inclement weather or the ever changing COVID conditions - including temperatures too hot or too cold for safe play.
