Human Resource Generalist

First Baptist Arlington (FBCA) looks forward to hiring a Human Resource Generalist to support our staff in various ways. This role will be responsible for all of the church's human resources functions, systems, and policies.  The professional in this role will contribute to our organizational health as we continue to seek to reach Arlington and beyond for Christ. 
 
Minimum requirements for the position:  
  • Committed follower of Jesus Christ and an active member of a Christian church, but not a member of FBCA
  • 3 years of human Resources experience
  • College degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, written and verbal
  • Project management experience and skills
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR credential preferred

Child Development Center Teachers

Our Child Development Center is looking for some enthusiastic teachers who want to impact the future of Arlington! We are seeking full-time teachers to work in a loving and fun environment. It is our goal to employ happy, caring, supportive, and encouraging teachers who will positively influence the next generation.

Qualifications for childcare teachers & assistant teacher in a licensed facility:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be willing to get a background check/Fingerprinting
  • Must be willing to get CPR/1st Aid Certified
  • Must Be able to pass a T.B. Test
  • Experience working with children from ages 6 weeks – 5 years a plus!
  • Flexible schedule a plus!
