Sanctuary Choir

The Sanctuary Choir is our primary vocal resource in the 11:00 Heritage service. We rehearse on Wednesday nights from 6:45-8:15 in the Sanctuary and sing every Sunday morning in worship. The Sanctuary Choir works on anthems for special music during the services as well as congregational music, including choral descants. This group also participates in seasonal concerts and worship events such as Advent, Easter, Hymn Festivals, 4th of July concerts, etc. Soloists and ensembles to lead in the Heritage service are chosen from this core group of singers. For further information, contact our Worship Ministries Office at 817.276.6435 or by email.
We also have our Spotlight as our primary mode of communication. Check out our Upcoming Events and access weekly service planning information at Planning Center Online.

This summer, we have an unusual schedule. Between VBS, Camps, Bible Conference, SummerFest, etc. It has caused us to have to revamp our Sanctuary Choir & Orchestra rehearsals. We want to make sure we are maximizing our rehearsal time so we can continue to do excellent literature, but also find times when more of our people can attend rehearsals. We will provide lunch beginning at 12:15 in the Choir Room for you and your family. We are asking that you help us defray the cost by contributing $5 per person. I’ll send out Planning Center invitations each week that you can reply to, so we know how many people to prepare food for. We will use catering from some of the local restaurants in the area (Digg’s, Smiling Moose, Fuzzy’s, Jason’s Deli, etc.). Please RSVP each week to let me know how many in your family will be eating to assure we have plenty of food. Let me know if you have any questions!
