Pastor’s Perspective on Ministry
The staff at FBCA have been working this past year on creating and sharing their ministries purpose as well as how those purposes connect to the grandeur purpose of our church. The three sessions below include Dr. Wiles Philosophy of Ministry as the pastor of First Baptist.
This session will help you answer questions you might have about why Dr. Wiles does some of the things he does as the Pastor of FBCA. Below are some of the points he discusses. Use this as a guide to follow along.
