Christian Women’s Job Corp

First Baptist loves CWJC!  The purpose of the Christian Women’s Job Corps, a ministry of WMU, is to provide a Christian context in which women in need are equipped for life and employment and a missions context in which women help women.  The mission of Christian Women’s Job Corps of Greater Arlington is to help women in need by providing a tuition-free educational program emphasizing job skills and personal development.

First Baptist helped get the Arlington CWJC going, and lots of the staffers and volunteers are First Baptist Members.  To find out more about CWJC, or how you can be involved in helping out, check out their website.
