Creating an intentional culture of leadership through development & engagement.

 

 

FBCA has developed a program entitled LeadershipNEXT that provides training and engagement opportunities for those who want to grow and serve in leadership at this church.  The goal of LeadershipNEXT is for EVERYONE to understand that through the gospel, you have been given the power and ability to influence others.  And it’s important that we all understand we aren’t talking just about volunteer opportunities on a Sunday morning.  We are talking about LIFE.  The scriptures tell us that God is the author and perfector of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), which means our lives are a story that God is creating to help make His name known.  Your story can positively influence people on the Jesus Way… and that is true leadership.
