Women’s Bible Study

Ladies, do you want to dive deeper into God’s Word?  Or do you want to continue good daily Bible study habits?  FBCA provides both daytime and evening bible study options for the ladies of our church and our community.  We invite you to join us for the study that best fits your schedule and interest.

You can pick up a brochure and register at the table in the Welcome Center on Sunday mornings August 24, 31 and September 7 or you can register at the study. If you have any questions about any of these studies you can contact Lori Allen at the church offices.

Tuesday Mornings, Beth Moore's Children of the Day

  • Tuesdays, beginning September 9th @ 9:30am in the Student Center
  • Cost: $16 (book included)
  • Join Beth Moore and walk the shores of Thessalonica with this verse-by-verse Bible study of 1 and 2 Thessalonians. During this nine week video study, you’ll learn how to let go of past mistakes and discover your circumstances are not coincidental – God’s timing is impeccable! Whether you’re facing family crises, medical diagnoses, relationship troubles, doubts, or fears, you’ll come away encouraged that even though it may not feel that way, you are exactly where Christ wants you to be!”You are children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness.” 1 Thessalonians 5:5

Tuesday Mornings, Joy of Living's 2 Samuel

  • Tuesdays, beginning September 9th @ 10am in Room 223.
  • Cost: $12 (book included)
  • Within the pages of 2 Samuel God uncovers David’s humanity. You will discover that this “man after God’s own heart” (see Acts 13:22) was a sinful human, like us all, who had to depend on God’s mercy and faithfulness.

Monday Evenings, Priscilla Shirer's Jonah study

  • Mondays, beginning September 8th @ 7pm in the Student Center
  • Cost: $12 (book included)
  • What do we do when God interrupts our lives? Many times, like Jonah, we run! In this 7-session video Bible study, Priscilla redefines interruption and shows that interruption is actually God’s invitation to do something beyond our wildest dreams. When Jonah was willing to allow God to interrupt his life, the result was revival in an entire city.
