Aerobics Instructor Needed
If you are interested in teaching aerobics please contact Brian Sepulveda. Currently, there are a few ladies that meet each Monday & Thursday evenings from 7 – 8 pm to workout together. They do floor work, step, and band resistance workouts where you can “go at your own pace” and gradually work up from wherever you are physically.
New Workout Equipment!
The Activities Ministry was recently able to purchase new workout equipment. There are 11 new pieces of CYBEX workout equipment that will workout every major muscle group of the body! Come check it out!
