Why should i join fbca?

While you can always be a part of our church's life without joining, we think actually joining the church is important.

Joining the church gives you a sense of accountability.  By stating your commitment to God - through joining the church - you are making a statement to the other folks at the church.  Other members see your commitment and will provide a sense of accountability.  And we all know that accountability is good and helps us in our spiritual pilgrimage.

Joining the church gives you more of  a personal sense of belonging.  Much like joining a club or a community organization helps you personally feel a part of the club, joining the church will help you feel more at home and part of the church.

And last - but certainly not least - joining the church provides a way for you to make a personal commitment to God.  By joining, you're saying to God you want to know Him better through the life of this church.  Joining the church is a spiritual decision, not just an administrative one...so don't ever forget that.
