Our church staff is a varied group - a lot like our church. We have the full-range from the more reserved to the over-the-top extoverts. We like to think it's part of what makes our church so unique: everyone can find someone they can relate to on our staff.
On the most marked characteristics of our staff is their longevity. Not a lot of churches get to keep staff for a long time, but many on our staff have been at First Baptist for over ten years...several for more than fifteen years...one has even been here for over thirty years.
That longevity helps make our church great. There is a comfortable feeling in know your children have been known and loved their entire lives at First Baptist, and the history that is established with such long-tenured staff helps our church grow in exciting ways.
There is definitely a family feel about our staff in our church!
