What are your favorite TV shows? Seasonal shows like The Biggest Loser (love it!) and Dancing With the Stars!
If you could invite any three people to dinner -living or dead- who would you invite? Sara Groves (to pick her creative brain and maybe steal her journals while she's in the restroom), Bill Gates (just so I could convince him that paying off my student loans would be a great investment), and Justin Timberlake (Not really, but that is apparently the obvious answer for any female between the age of 13 and 35).
What is something you do well? Speed-type (without looking at the keys). It's pretty crazy.
What is something you wish you did better? Cook (I MUST learn).
What website do you visit most often? Facebook.com and Broadway.com
What is your greatest extravangance? This may or may not surprise you, but I'm a pretty simple person when it comes to "extravagance." The littlest things excite me (i.e. Christmas lights, street lights, lamp lights, light lights).
What is your idea of happiness? A bathtub full of dollar bills and diamonds! Just kidding (sort of). Happiness comes and goes, but joy is substantial. We're promised that JOY comes with dawn of every new morning, so sign me up for that.
Who are the most important people in your life? My family. Without a doubt. I love them with my whole heart.
When did you start working at First Baptist? January 3, 2007
What do you like most about your job? I appreciate the acceptance, love, and friendship of the ministry team I get to work with everyday. The students at FBCA are so funny, full of life, and ask wonderful questions.. I could just squeeze them until they hurt (empty threat)! I love pretty much everything about my job, I would wish my work situation on anyone.
What is your favorite Bible verse? "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weakness e s, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong." 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 |
