Fitness Classes for 8 to 15 year olds!

Tired of seeing the tops of your kids’ heads as they play their video games day after day? Get them up and moving with our Fitness Classes designed especially for kids ages 8 to15! Each of these introductory classes will be different, so your child(ren) will experience a variety of moves to get them active. Classes will be held indoors in our Family Life Center and will last about 45 minutes each. They will be running, doing push ups, lunges, calisthenics, using jump ropes, etc. THERE WILL BE NO USE OF WEIGHTS! Children need to wear comfortable running shoes! Cost will be $5.00 per child per class. Parents will need to sign in their children for each class and they are encouraged to stick around to watch their children, use the walking track to get in some exercise or visit with other parents.
