So Jesus called the children over to him and

My name is David Butts and I have had the privilege of serving as the Minister of Children’s Education here since the summer of 2002. My wife, Lori and I have been blessed with two incredible teenage girls who grew up here in our Children’s Ministry. The Children’s Ministry at FBCA is focused on the children in the first through the sixth grades and their families.

Today’s families are being pulled from every direction with so many opportunities that demand their time and energy. We recognize that families need a place where they can be revitalized from the stresses of their world and equipped with the resources to stand strong in their faith. Our Children’s Ministry provides a positive, safe, fun and loving community of faith where the love of God is experienced in purposeful Bible study and an understanding of God’s saving grace is taught. We receive every child with a vision for who they are becoming in Christ. Our desire is to partner with parents by providing transformational resources and information that focuses on the parent as the spiritual leader for their children so that together we can “start off your children in the way they should go”.

Our activities provide your child an opportunity to participate in fun age appropriate events throughout the whole year.
