Tell us how you came to know Christ:

I accepted Christ when I was 10 years old driving down East 29th Street with my dad.  He led me to Christ about two blocks from our house on our way back from running some errands.

What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I love teeneagers!  I love to see a teenager come to know Christ and see them become followers of Jesus in there everyday!

What’s your favorite Bible verse currently?
2 Corinthians 2:14-15 “But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him. For we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.”  MMM…we are the aroma of Christ to God!

What do you feel like God is teaching you lately?
God is teaching me what being the representation of Christ to all peoples!

What are your hobbies?
Frisbee Golf, baseball/softball, Ultimate Frisbee, reading, watching movies, being active outside

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up and why?
Professional baseball player!  Used to put bubble tape in my back pocket while I had a Tootsie Roll in my mouth to make myself look like a pro baseball player.

Tell us a bit about your family? 
I am married to the love of my life and my best friend! I have 2 parents, 5 siblings, 4 in laws, 12 nephews/nieces and one more on the way.  We are big and loud and love to be around each other! 

What’s your favorite meal and who would be attending? 

My mom’s homemade Enchilada Pie (hands down) and I would be eating with no one so I could have all the food to myself!  LOL!

Tell us a little known fact about yourself:
My twin sister and I used to model children’s Easter clothes for our local mall.

Why should someone get involved at First Baptist Church Arlington? 

Feels like one big family, there is just something about having generations of families in the same church and being able to worship with people of all different ages.
