Wake Up Weekend
“As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good…” -Genesis 50:20a (ESV)
Sometimes it seems that the circumstances of life are only trying harm us, but our sovereign God is able to take those circumstances and make them good, just like in the life of Joseph.
To be resilient is to easily bounce back, to persevere, to endure and bear difficult circumstances. This year at Wake Up Weekend, we will focus on being resilient, even when life is difficult!
WHAT IS WAKE UP WEEKEND?
Wake Up Weekend (WUWE) is a weekend retreat that takes place on our church campus and in the homes of church members that is full of fun, Bible study and serving! It is a life-changing weekend that promises to see students excited about deepening their walk in Christ and developing a stronger relationship with the Savior. Wake Up Weekend is one of our largest events every year, and it is also a great opportunity for your students to invite a friend. It is our desire to help every student connect with other students and some fantastic, Godly leaders, and Wake Up Weekend is designed for that to happen.
WUWE consists of Bible study, worship, a lot of fun, relationship building, serving in our community, food, prayer, and a whole lot more! Clink the links below to register and fill out your medical release forms. We are always in need of food coordinators, drivers and registration help in addition to host homes, and we would love to have you be a part of our Wake Up Weekend team this year.
